Tandem Skydive from 4,500 Metres
The tandem skydive at Skydive Salerno is a thrilling sports and emotional skydiving experience, carried out in complete safety together with a qualified and certified tandem instructor. The activity takes place at the Templare Paestum Airfield, located in the municipality of Capaccio Paestum, and allows even people with no previous experience to experience the excitement of free fall from an altitude of approximately 4,000/4,500 metres.
After an initial safety briefing explaining the procedures and behaviour to follow during the various stages of the jump, the participant is equipped with certified technical gear and securely attached to the tandem instructor. The aircraft used is dedicated exclusively to skydiving activities; once the planned altitude is reached, the jump begins with a free fall at a speed of approximately 220 km/h for around 50/60 seconds, followed by parachute deployment and a panoramic flight phase offering breathtaking views over the Gulf of Salerno, the Amalfi Coast, Cilento and the surrounding Capaccio Paestum area.
Required equipment: Sportswear and trainers.
Available languages: Italian, English, French, Spanish.
