Discovering the Flavors of Salerno
The experience includes a welcome at the Di Mauro family business, an introduction to the tuna and anchovy processing process, a meeting with the chef and a cooking class, followed by a tasting of traditional Salernitan dishes, concluding with a toast and the presentation of a certificate.

A project born from a passion for cooking and for showcasing the local flavors and culinary traditions.
