The itinerary begins in Ascea Marina, one of the most renowned seaside destinations in the area, famous for its long golden beaches and the purity of its waters. The gently sloping seabed welcomes swimmers into an atmosphere of absolute tranquillity. Among the most fascinating spots is Spiaggia di Punta del Telegrafo, also known as La Scogliera: a place where nature remains untouched and the view stretches across the entire coastline.

The second stop explores Pisciotta, where the landscape unfolds into a variety of natural textures. In Caprioli, the sand stretches out softly, while in Marina di Pisciotta and Marina Campagna, the coastline is covered with pebbles smoothed by the waves, creating an intimate and authentic atmosphere. Continuing towards the harbour, the coast opens onto the beaches of Gozzipuodi and Acquabianca, two stretches of land where the natural beauty of Cilento reveals itself in all its secluded charm.

Palinuro rises from the sea as one of the most iconic symbols of the Parco Nazionale del Cilento, Vallo di Diano e Alburni. There are many options for relaxation: from the wide beaches of Le Saline, to Spiaggia della Molpa and Spiaggia del Porto, where fine sand and crystal-clear waters dominate the landscape. Spiaggia del Buon Dormire represents the peak of natural exclusivity: a peaceful corner accessible only by sea.

The exploration continues towards Marina di Camerota. Spiaggia della Calanca, with its shallow and crystal-clear waters, is the ideal destination for a peaceful swim just steps from the town centre. Beyond the harbour lies Spiaggia di Lentiscelle, a wide and scenic beach. At sunset, the pier becomes the perfect place to watch the sky turn orange above the coastline.

Known as the “Portofino of Cilento”, Scario enchants visitors with its elegant seaside promenade. From the harbour, small boats head towards Costa della Masseta, a protected marine area where nature becomes vertical. Here, untouched coves such as Spiaggia dei Francesi remain hidden — secret corners where the sea takes on emerald shades and a sense of complete isolation prevails.

The itinerary ends in Sapri, surrounded by an atmosphere of extraordinary tranquillity. To the north, Spiaggia delle Cammerelle precedes the town’s main coastline, characterised by clear waters and well-equipped facilities. Moving south, Spiaggia di San Giorgio offers coarser sand and wide spaces, ideal for long reflective walks. A final stop along the Lungomare allows visitors to admire the Statua della Spigolatrice, a tribute to Risorgimento history that brings the journey to a close with a moment of deep reflection.
