The cuisine is inspired by the Mediterranean Diet, enhancing fresh and seasonal ingredients, local products, extra virgin olive oil, fish, selected meats and regional specialities.

Opening hours: in winter, it is open on Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday for lunch; from spring through summer, evening openings are gradually extended.
