Tenuta dei Normanni is an oasis of olive trees and Mediterranean scrub extending over approximately 140,000 square metres on the hill overlooking the Gulf of Salerno, just a few minutes from the city centre and within easy reach of the motorway connections.
The property features a villa, courtyards and gardens for private events; two guest houses with comfortable holiday apartments equipped for both short and long stays; a swimming pool with a pool bar surrounded by greenery for moments of relaxation; the Mediterranean osteria “Casa Pedrera”, where guests can taste traditional Campanian specialities; a majestic amphitheatre hosting live performances and, every summer, providing the setting for the “Festival delle Colline Mediterranee”; two natural waterfalls and tree-lined paths for relaxing walks.
The estate also includes a farm that takes care of the land and produces its own organic extra virgin olive oil.

• Tenuta dei Normanni hosts weddings, ceremonies, private events and destination weddings in a natural and exclusive setting.

• The two guest houses offer apartments for 2, 4 and 6 guests, equipped with all comforts. From June to October, breakfast or half-board service is available.

• During the summer season, guests can enjoy the Oasis swimming pool, surrounded by olive trees.

• The Mediterranean osteria Casa Pedrera, open all year round, offers traditional cuisine based on local products and the estate’s own extra virgin olive oil.

• The estate also organises experiences upon reservation, including cooking classes, EVO oil tastings, pottery courses, yoga, pilates, picnics and excursions in the surrounding area, offering a stay focused on nature and experiential tourism.
