Cinque Foglie is the fine dining restaurant at Hotel Commercio in Battipaglia.
Led by Chef Roberto Allocca, it offers contemporary cuisine that interprets the local area through an ongoing dialogue between tradition and innovation. The restaurant’s philosophy revolves around the evolution of ingredients, including produce sourced from the Adinolfi family’s historic farm in the Piana del Sele.
The gastronomic experience unfolds through tasting menus dedicated to different expressions of the cuisine, complemented by a wine cellar featuring a wide selection of labels.
