Le Radici is the restaurant at Hotel Commercio in Battipaglia, where the region’s gastronomic tradition meets contemporary signature cuisine.
The menu celebrates the finest ingredients from the Piana del Sele and Campania, interpreted by the kitchen brigade with a focus on seasonality and ingredient quality. The project was created by the Adinolfi family, whose deep connection to a land particularly suited to agricultural production is at its heart.
The restaurant offers an à la carte menu and is part of the gastronomic offering of the complex, together with the Cinque Foglie restaurant and Linfa cocktail bar, the space dedicated to mixology.
