Ristorante Al Frantoio is the gastronomic heart of Cooperativa Agricola Nuovo Cilento, offering an authentic journey through the traditional flavours of Cilento. The menu celebrates the area's historic recipes, prepared with genuine ingredients from the local biodiversity and inspired by the principles of the Mediterranean Diet.

Since 2000, the restaurant has promoted seasonal cuisine rooted in local traditions, using high-quality ingredients supplied directly by the cooperative and its members. Specialties include handmade pasta made with wholemeal flour from ancient Cilento grains milled in the cooperative's own mill, fresh vegetables from local gardens, naturally leavened bread baked in a wood-fired oven, Presìdi Slow Food legumes, eggs from free-range hens, and pizzas prepared with wholemeal dough.
