Giu al Mulino Ristorante offers cuisine rooted in Campania’s culinary tradition, where the flavours of the land and sea are creatively reinterpreted by Chef Rocco Montemurro. The ingredients, selected according to seasonality and quality, follow the principles of the Mediterranean Diet and enhance local products, with particular attention also given to handcrafted desserts.
